Our team traveled all the way to the Rai in Amsterdam to install our Smoothie Bike Activation in the Health and Wellbeing area at Cisco Live.
With over 19,000 delegates attending each day of the event, attendees were able to create and blend their own delicious smoothies throughout the week via pedal power alone!
Melt Productions supplied all Event Management, Staffing, Equipment, Health and Safety Documentation and Transport Logistics.
Our bikes were branded specifically for the event, as were our staff uniforms that were also designed and printed in house.
Our fantastic Smoothie Operators acted as a combination of Event and Activation Managers as well as Brand Ambassadors for Cisco.
Not only this, no disposable items were used at the stand – all smoothies were served in reusable, branded hard cups.
It was also great to see our Bottle Washers back in action, further reducing the use of any plastic on site at this large-scale event.
