Workman LLP Virtual Christmas Awards Ceremony & Party

We were absolutely delighted to be working alongside Workman LLP this Christmas to help produce their Christmas party celebrations 2020…

Workman is the largest, independent commercial property management and building consultancy firm in the UK and we had been told there was lots of excitement surrounding this annual event!

We knew we had to take things up a notch and get creative considering their employees were unable to meet face-to-face this season. With all 700 employees based across the UK, we wanted to recreate the event experience as best we could.

To do this, we chose to use Hopin as our virtual platform of choice. The layout of Hopin is very similar to the areas you would experience at a physical event. It has a variety of stages, networking zones, breakout rooms, expo area and lots of live chat functions. On top of this, Hopin has plenty of options for customisation and creativity along the way.

All the live activity, performances, awards ceremony and pre-recorded videos were viewed live via the Main Stage that we created.

The event also had 45 festively themed breakout rooms, a festive karaoke room, a Christmas Cocktail making tutorial, some retro games (Pacman and Free Ski) plus much more!

Brendan Magee an employee at Workman was a fantastic host and Britain’s Got Talent legend Jon Courtenay absolutely smashed it, both were an absolute pleasure to work with.

The event was a huge success and we received some excellent feedback from our new friends at Workman.

We’ve really loved being a part of the live, online action this year with some fantastic results.
